After a few rainy days the sun peeked out this morning in blue patched skies, by mid day it was downright beautiful. Tonight is foretasted for the first snowfall and tomorrow more cold rain. I guess this is where Autumn turns to Winter; the mutations of the landscapes will be welcome. I find the Winter air soothes my damaged lungs. The sun of summer tends to over heat my body, now I just have to stop, shed a layer if necessary and instantly be frozen again, my heart calmed. Climate Change has produced a bevy of tame winters here in the Finger Lakes this past decade. We will see which way the cards turn this time around, no matter I suppose, either way I will be in it.
